R.J. Sullivan Corp. is headquartered in the City of Pompano Beach in Broward County, Florida with a satellite office in the City of Boca Raton in Palm Beach County, Florida. The Company’s primary zone of operation is South Florida. We not only work here, we also live here, so we have extensive experience with the unique characteristics of the area such as subsurface geology and ground water conditions. Our local history and experience have positioned R.J. Sullivan Corp. to be uniquely qualified in the management and construction of complex water and wastewater infrastructure projects throughout South Florida. 

We take great pride in the quality and excellence we incorporate into each and every project. Unlike many other contractors, we handle most of the major elements of each project ourselves with in-house staff and resources. R.J. Sullivan Corp. owns and maintains a fleet of state-of-the-art construction equipment that is sufficient for virtually any construction project, saving the Company, and ultimately the Client, in costly rentals over the course of a project. We also do not rely heavily on subcontractors. Typically, we self-perform, on average, around 70% of the project work. This allows us to maintain much tighter control over operations on site, which leads to a high-quality product and the timely and successful completion of the project. When necessary for a scope of work involving specialized construction within a project, we are supported by our network of local specialty subcontractors that we have been working with for decades.
